Baskette is a new perspective on eating on the go. It’s curated gastronomical goodies that lend to mindful eating. It’s feeling connected to a community who value farmers, artisans, and creators of beautiful things. It’s the joy of taking food to a new environment or finding new pleasure in a familiar spot. All are welcomed to explore, all are encouraged to discover, all are inspirited to pick up a basket and try something new.
Meet our Team
Stephan and Kelly are no strangers to new beginnings. Stephan hung up his Principal Dancer ballet shoes to pick up a spatula. Kelly threw his CFO cell phone into the lake to help heal people. A Chef and a Massage Therapist, the two found themselves sharing one thing in common- a love for a good sandwich. In search for a new way to say “the quickest way to someone’s heart is through their stomach”, Stephan and Kelly embarked on a journey together, overcoming obstacles with humor and humility, and arrived proudly at 4459 Fremont Ave N. Kelly is the brain. Stephan is the soul. Baskette is the hand that feeds.
